This Privacy Policy explains how FireTactic, LLC, doing business as SYT.FYI ("SYT.FYI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information submitted to or accessed through the SYT.FYI platform (the "Platform"). The Platform provides documentation and organizational tools for properties and authorized users.
1. Who We Are
SYT.FYI is owned and operated by FireTactic, LLC, a private, for-profit Florida company. We are not a government agency, inspection authority, compliance body, or public safety department.
2. Our Role
SYT.FYI functions solely as a documentation and information hosting service. We store and display information submitted by authorized users. We do not analyze, certify, verify, or determine compliance, safety status, inspection results, or regulatory sufficiency of submitted materials. The Platform is not intended for real-time or emergency decision-making.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including:

We do not sell personal or property information.

5. Optional Data Sharing
If a property representative authorizes it, selected non-sensitive reference information may be displayed on FireTactic.com for supplemental informational purposes. FireTactic.com is operated separately by First In Safety Foundation, Inc. Sharing is optional, consent-based, and revocable. FireTactic, LLC and the Foundation operate independently and maintain separate systems.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, or legal purposes. Retention does not imply validation or certification of submitted materials.
8. No Duty to Monitor or Update
We have no obligation to monitor property conditions, verify accuracy, update information, or notify users of hazards or regulatory requirements. Information is stored and displayed as submitted.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended only for authorized adults representing properties or organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
10. Informational Platform Only
SYT.FYI is a documentation platform only. It is not an inspection service, compliance authority, safety system, or emergency operations service.
