Terms of Use

SYT.FYI (the "Platform") is a registered d/b/a of FireTactic, LLC and is owned and operated by FireTactic, LLC, a private, for-profit Florida company. FireTactic, LLC is not a government agency, not an inspection authority, not a fire or police department, and not a code enforcement body. FireTactic, LLC does not act on behalf of any governmental entity or public safety agency.

The Platform is intended for property owners, property managers, authorized representatives, and invited users. Where permitted, individually verified first responders may be granted access to certain content.

• —Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed.
• —Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
• —We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access at any time for security, policy, or operational reasons.

Access does not create any agency, partnership, endorsement, or contractual relationship between FireTactic, LLC and any employer, department, or governmental entity.

FireTactic, LLC acts solely as a technology provider and data processor. We host, store, organize, and display information submitted by users. We do not create official safety plans, perform inspections, certify compliance, verify building conditions, or provide engineering, legal, fire protection, or safety consulting.

The Platform functions solely as a passive information hosting and display service. FireTactic, LLC does not analyze, evaluate, or determine regulatory compliance, code adherence, safety sufficiency, or operational readiness.

All property information, documents, images, floor plans, and other materials uploaded to the Platform remain the property of the submitting owner or authorized representative. By submitting content, you represent that you have the authority and rights to do so and that your submission does not violate any law, contract, or third-party rights.

FireTactic, LLC does not review or validate the legal sufficiency of submitted materials.

The Platform provides supplemental, optional, non-operational documentation and reference tools intended solely for organizational convenience and preparedness planning. It is not a substitute for professional inspections, official safety plans, regulatory filings, or compliance programs.

The Platform is not intended for use during active incidents, emergencies, or time-critical situations. It must not be relied upon for life-safety decisions, emergency response, compliance determinations, or operational actions.

All content is provided for informational purposes only. Information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Users must independently verify all conditions and obtain professional guidance from qualified experts.

No content should be interpreted as instruction, recommendation, certification, or approval.

FireTactic, LLC owes no duty to monitor properties, update information, verify accuracy, ensure compliance, warn of hazards, or maintain availability. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

FireTactic, LLC does not assume responsibility for property conditions, hazards, compliance status, inspections, or outcomes.

Nothing on SYT.FYI constitutes legal advice, engineering advice, fire protection advice, safety consulting, compliance certification, or professional services of any kind.

• —Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and QR identifiers and control access appropriately.
• —Use the Platform for lawful purposes only and comply with applicable policies and laws.
• —Users are solely responsible for independent verification and consultation with qualified professionals.

If authorized by the property representative, selected information may be displayed on FireTactic.com solely for supplemental informational reference purposes. FireTactic.com is operated separately by First In Safety Foundation, Inc. Such sharing is optional, consent-based, and revocable. FireTactic, LLC and the Foundation maintain separate systems.

FireTactic, LLC does not control how third parties use information once authorized for display.

The Platform is provided "as available." It may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable, including during emergencies or high-demand situations. We do not guarantee uptime or continuous access.

All software, branding, and design elements are owned by or licensed to FireTactic, LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY.

THE PLATFORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, SAFETY OUTCOMES, OR LEGAL SUFFICIENCY OF ANY CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FireTactic, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on Platform content. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FireTactic, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, or violation of these Terms, including claims arising from property conditions, regulatory enforcement actions, or third-party reliance on submitted content.

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes must be resolved in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County.
